Pooj worked with me back in 2022. I was getting ready for a trip and had limited time to train. He helped me cut down on wasted time in the gym. I am the type of person to take breaks in between sets and with my schedule I didn’t have as long as I was used too for the gym. He kept me on pace and kept the workouts fun. The Foundry Gym

Shah Athletics offers personal training based out of The Foundry in Lancaster, PA. The Foundry is a no-contract, self-access, 24/7 gym with a supplement store and kitchen! It is home to the fitness community of Lancaster and the team is focused on constant improvement and success. 

*Membership at The Foundry Lancaster is required.

Shah Athletics will pay your Foundry membership dues for the duration of your program.

Do you offer nutrition?

Absolutely! As a bonus service, clients can submit their bloodwork to receive personalized recipes tailored to their results-supporting sustainable, lifelong nutrition habits.

What does your training look like?

Our training is fully personalized to each client’s goals, age, and limitations. We combine resistance, cardiovascular, and mobility training into carefully tailored exercise plans.

How long are the sessions?

Most sessions are 30 minutes in duration. We do have 60-minute sessions and couple or partner training. Check out our rates and packages here

Do i have to be a member at the gym?

Yes, a membership is required at The Foundry Lancaster gym. However, Shah Athletics pays your club membership fees for the duration of your training. The Foundry Lancaster is a self-access  24/7 gym, with a supplement store, and kitchen. Soon you’ll think of The Foundry as your second home as the community is most welcoming.

What are your payment options?

Our payment options are monthly payments. Packages are required to be paid-in-full to receive the discounted rates. Contact us for more flexible payment options!

We accept Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, Credit Card, and Cash. Please note there is a 3% transaction fee for credit card purchases.
