Pooj worked with me back in 2022. I was getting ready for a trip and had limited time to train. He helped me cut down on wasted time in the gym. I am the type of person to take breaks in between sets and with my schedule I didn’t have as long as I was used too for the gym. He kept me on pace and kept the workouts fun. Do you offer nutrition?

Meal plans have low adherence so instead I set specific calorie/macro targets for my clients. This method has higher follow through and delivers much better results for long-term weight loss.

What does your training look like?

Our training is 100% customized based on your age, specific goals, and physical limitations. We integrate resistance, cardiovascular, and mobility training into exercise plans designed for joint pain relief and longevity.

How long are the sessions?

Do i have to be a member at the gym?

Yes, a membership at The Foundry Lancaster is required. However, Shah Athletics includes these membership fees in your package for the duration of your program. The Foundry is a 24/7 self-access gym with a welcoming community, kitchen, and supplement store.
