When we started, I was an XXL in shirt size, and could not even sit down in a button up. In the 3 months I have been seeing him, my strength has increased, my confidence levels are way up, and I can finally sit down in a button up shirt, comfortably. There is still a lot of work to be done, but with every session I am hitting personal records, and seeing small but major improvements in how I see myself in the mirror. He is so knowledgeable and understanding of everyone’s individual needs. I tried other trainers in the past, and I was never able to do more than 2 weeks with them. But it’s another when someone is genuinely invested in pushing you to the best of your capabilities whether it’ll be your first session or your 20th.
