Not only is he incredibly skilled and knowledgeable on what he does but he makes it fun and bearable. From the very first eval I had with him to make sure he was the right fit for me he made it very comfortable. I’ve been with shah athletics for well over 3 months now and I have come so far the changes and progress within not just my physical appearance but my mental health as well have been incredible. I have never felt embarrassed or insecure while working with Poojan he plans the workouts to each individuals needs and wants as well as helps with your nutrition which is a big one for me. Learning how much and what to eat has been a game changer for me. I have and will continue to recommend Poojan to anyone I know who is interested in getting a personal trainer. He’s respectful and caring , listens to understand and not just respond, he will push you and encourage you to meet all of your expectations while not being harsh.
