FAQ

Do you offer nutrition?

Absolutely! If requested, our clients are asked to fill a sheet with ingredients they enjoy, then are provided a plethora of recipes that are nutritious which will stay with them for a lifetime. 

What does your training look like?

Our training is personalized to the client with regard to their limitations, age, experience, and goal. An overview of our training methods focus on resistance training, cardiovascular training, and mobility training carefully tailored into each exercise plan.

How long are the sessions?

Each session is 1 hour in duration.

Do i have to be a member at the gym?

Yes, a membership is required at the Foundry gym. It is a self-access 24/7 gym, with a supplement store, and a kitchen inside of it to assist your goals. The Foundry welcomes all ages from all backgrounds and is sure to make it feel like a second home!

What are your payment options?

Our payment options are monthly payments or the package paid-in-full for a discounted price. Contact us for more flexible payment options!

Most clients choose to pay-in-full so they can allocate those savings towards the gym membership.

We accept Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, Credit Card (3% transaction fee on credit cards), and Cash.

“I get anxious in the gym”

Don’t worry, you are not the only one who feels that way. A lot of clients first start out anxious, so we make sure to do your workouts in a room where it’s just you and the trainer!

After a few sessions, every single client has said “my anxiety is not that bad anymore, the gym and personal training is so much better than I had expected!”

Reducing anxiety from the gym has helped clients significantly reduce their social anxiety as well!
