Working with Poojan has been an absolute delight from day one. He is very personable. He really listens and takes into consideration any problem areas you have. For me that was my neck, knee and tight hips. I truly feel like the workouts are designed for me and I never worry about being injured or suffering from pain. The progression of the exercise routines steady increased in intensity in such a way it really helped boost my confidence and confidence in my body’s ability. I worked with Poojan for 3 months and let me tell you he’s absolutely the best around. Initially I had to work through some shoulder stiffness and discomfort but he knew the exact mobility training to loosen me up and eventually get me back to 100%. Just to show how he operates… I was struggling to get up 40lbs dumbbells for a bench press, early Sept of 2022 for a set at the beginning of our workout. In about 2 months, early Nov of 2022 I was able to do 75lbs dumbbell for the bench press. His methods are great! Remember, you can only reap the benefits if you apply yourself.
